New NEAT City | Boise

We want to welcome Anna Stehrenberger of Boise, Idaho to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have her. Let’s find out more about what makes her so NEAT.

NM :: Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?

AS ::  I started my own professional organizing company and have just loved it, but when weighing the option of reinventing the wheel or joining up with a company that has already paved the way I knew that NEAT was the answer. I am thrilled (and seriously fangirling) about being part of such a strong community of women who run NEAT Method Franchises all across the country.

NM :: What did you do before NEAT?

AS :: I’ve been a mom to an amazing crew of kids (4 in fact) for nearly 14 years. They keep me busy, laughing, slightly high strung and oh, so happy. I majored in Child Development and have always wanted to be a mom to a big family. I also worked as a marriage coach and was an assistant for with children who have autism.

NM :: What makes your city unique?

AS :: Boise is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and has such a unique style and vibe. It’s a small town and growing city all in one! I love the outdoor, adventurous spirit and the small town neighborhood feel. The music and art scene mixed with the countryside and strong roots give this city so much diversity. It’s a beautiful seasonal city where you can enjoy the rivers, lakes and mountains any day of the week. And note to those visiting there is a strong camo game here, but it has a whole new meaning in Idaho compared to California. :)

NM :: How long have you lived in your city?

AS ::  I was born and raised in South Central Idaho, but took a hiatus when I left for college and I spent over ten years living in beautiful Southern California. I made my way back to Boise with my husband and kids two years ago and the quality of life here is amazing.

NM :: What are your favorite places to eat in your city?

AS ::  Well, since Nordstrom has yet to arrive in the state of Idaho most of my shopping is done online! Target and HomeGoods are major shopping spots in my neck of the woods. One of my favorite local shops is Feather and Twine and there are lots of local pop up shops that feature amazing artists and their products each season.

NM :: Show us a picture of your most organized space and tell us what it is.

AS :: I do have lots of organized spaces, but my most important organized space is my pantry. With a house full of kids, food is definitely a priority, so being stocked and organized is essential. I love putting groceries away because I love restocking all the spaces the right way. It doesn’t always look perfect, but it has great structure and is easy to maintain.

NM :: What about your least organized space? What the heck happened?

AS :: To be fair this is my husbands’ side under the bathroom sink. :)  I’ve organized it before (see the product) and he is really good about keeping all the right stuff in the right area (generally), but I cringe when I have to open that side.

NM :: What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?

AS ::  My favorite part about running NEAT in Boise will be meeting the clients and expanding the brand. Boise and the surrounding area is like one big community and I meet amazing people, women and families all the time.

NM :: What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

AS :: NEAT Method Home Organizing is a standard that is unmatched. It is systematically structured and aesthetically inspiring. When you hire NEAT, you get a professional organizing team that sets a high standard for home organization. Your home will be handled with care and you’ll get results that will impress.

NM :: Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?

AS :: I love to sing like I’m on American Idol and dance like I’m on So You Think You Can Dance. I FOR SURE don’t have the skills to back either talent up, but I do have the enthusiasm.

Love that! Congratulations on launching Boise! We’re so excited to have you join NEAT!

xx
