New NEAT City | Nashville
Today we’re thrilled to announce the launch of Nashville, TN! It’s such a vibrant market and we can’t wait for you to meet our newest NEAT girl – Holly Trepka. Let’s find out more about why she’s going to be a great addition to the team.
NM :: Welcome Holly! What made you want to launch NEAT Nashville?
HT :: I am so grateful and honored to bring NEAT Method to Nashville, I was shocked there wasn’t already an owner in town. There are 100 people moving to Nashville every day and several big corporations continue to relocate here. Plenty of people in this city are in need of living NEAT, and I am thrilled to help them live a more organized lifestyle in this thriving town!
NM :: What makes Nashville so special?
HT :: Nashville has big city amenities with a small-town vibe and southern charm. It’s home to some of the world’s greatest musicians and country music traditions. We have die-hard sports fans, award-winning restaurants, thriving local businesses, and the beautiful rolling hills of Tennessee. Need I say more y’all?
NM :: We’re convinced! 😉 What did you do before you started NEAT?
HT :: After graduating college, I worked in real estate for a brief period and then spent 13 years in pharmaceutical sales.
NM :: How long have you lived in Nashville?
HT :: Born and raised! I attended college at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and returned home after graduating. Being a rare native Nashvillian, I can’t get over the growth and changes of today’s Music City. I love my hometown and I’m so proud to see it evolve and grow.
NM :: So you must know all the great spots – where do you like to shop?
HT :: Local boutiques, such as The Mill off Charlotte Pike and Pieces Boutique in Germantown, are my favorites. But I can’t deny a good bargain at T.J Maxx Home Goods in Brentwood or the latest fashion finds at Nordstrom in Green Hills Mall. For unique treasures, I will head to the Flea Market at the Nashville Fair Grounds.
NM :: What about your favorite places to eat?
HT :: You can’t beat a date night at Kayne Prime. Our favorite hidden spot for an after-dinner drink is the upstairs lounge at Sinema. Sunday chicken and waffles at Hattie B’s are worth the long wait in line. The Copper Kettle is a family night tradition and possible celeb sighting!
NM :: We’d love to see your most organized space!
HT :: We feel very fortunate to have just completed an addition on our house. Our new walk-in master closet is heavenly. I worked with a local closet company to install custom built in’s that includes a his and hers side, vanities, laundry bin, jewelry storage, and plenty of room for shoes. I then organized the space with matching velvet hangers, labeled bins, and color coordinated everything. I actually enjoy putting away laundry now.
NM :: What about your least organized space and tell us what the heck happened.
HT :: This is an example of “out of sight, out of mind”. I only pull out my china during select holidays, and therefore I don’t regularly open this cabinet. It only becomes an issue when I reach in to grab something, and at that time I am too busy getting ready to host that it never seems to be the right time to tackle the project. But I look forward to pulling it all out, sorting, and properly storing these items soon!
NM :: What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT Nashville?
HT :: I am excited about the endless possibilities to be creative each day, to help make a difference in people’s lives by providing them a beautiful NEAT space, and to wake up passionate about something that I love doing and getting to call it “work”!
NM :: What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
HT :: Each home and project are different. I will work with the client to provide a custom solution to meet their personal needs. Every client can expect a highly professional and non-judgmental consultation. And all projects will be held strictly confidential when we’re invited into your home.
NM :: Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
HT :: I have a keen memory for random details. I can remember trivial details about an event or conversation from years past.
NM :: Anything else we need to know?
HT :: I am a nut for the holidays. I put up five trees in my house and seem to start decorating earlier each year. It is a lot of work and I like to enjoy it for as long as I can. I never get tired of listening to Christmas music, or watching holiday movies. Favorite songs include “I’ll be home for Christmas” and “Have a Holly Jolly Christmas”. My name is in the song, can you blame me!?
Thanks for letting our readers get to know you a bit more – we can’t wait to see you take the Music City by storm!
